OUR TEAM

Here’s a little bit about the wonderful people on our team.

LUKE BERKELEY
Managing Director

Luke likes to dream big and often needs reigning in. He has a strong background in ecology, business, and finance. He also worked within the mental health sector for a number of years, so he’s a bit of an all rounder (or a master of none, but don’t tell him that!)

PHIL GERAGHTY
Director

Phil is the managing Director of Crowdfunder, part of the Sea Change group based in Newquay. Phil brings tremendous business experience and likes to get stuck in getting his hands dirty in the process. He’s also quite a nice chap!

GORDON SEABRIGHT
Director

Where to start….The former Director General of the Royal Hoticultural Society, Commercial Director of English Heritage and Cheif Executive of CTC, the national cycling charity, is now the Director of the Eden Project, need we say more?……yes…..he’s also an incredibly nice chap and passionate about what we do!

LINDSEY HALL
Director

Lindsey joins our board from the Real Ideas Organisation (RIO). From building award-winning programmes in the UK to driving groundbreaking initiatives internationally, Lindsey has the experience and skills at management, board and executive level to steer social business ideas towards success. She is a Trustee of Fifteen Cornwall and a board member of RISE. Generally she’s pretty awesome!

NATALIE FROST
Operations

All hail the organiser! Where would we be without this dynamic little Koala. Natalie manages everything we do, from projects, to the office, to site. She is a qualified ecologist and project manager with a long history of success and she brings all that experience to our team. Her passion lies in all things environment and makes sure we uphold our strong ethos.

AMELIA BERKELEY
Creative Design

The creative one. Amelia makes everything we do come to life and she’s pretty good at it! A specialist in graphic design and SEO, she has worked in the creative and online marketing industry for over a decade. She is always carrying a beaming smile, no one is that happy all the time, surely!

JACK GREAVES
Community Engagement

Prepare yourself for some dulcet Northern tones. Jack has a first class degree in Environmental Resource Management and heads up our community engagement. Supporting people, building things, drinking tea, he’s an all-rounder. Just don’t mention how his beloved Wigan are doing!

LORENA VILADOMAT
Environmental Development

Her infectious enthusiasm and winning smile make it hard not to be inspired by her passion. She is an experienced project manager and training consultant, holding an MSc in Food Security and Sustainable Agriculture and a BA in International Development. She has worked in the international development and emergency sector for several years, implementing a number of sustainable agriculture, livelihoods and food security projects in the Middle East, South East Asia and South Sudan. We think she’s pretty amazing!

JEN ANDREWS

Another happy soul (how do we manage it!). Jen heads up our project development, funding and business development. Jen has a proven background in business development and project management securing and managing multimillion pound projects around the country.

LYN TREWELLA
